To change your password when logging onto our website, please log in using your registered email address and current password.
from the options bar on the left side click on 'Account Security' => 'Change Password'.
Add your current password then choose a new one and confirm it.
Click on 'Save Changes' to complete the process.
❗️Important Note: Your password must contain:
- between 8 and 15 characters
- at least one lowercase letter
- at least one uppercase letter
- at least one number
- at least one special character e.g. ( ! @ # $ % _ - + = )
❗️Note that every time you reset the password, it will be the general password for all your trading accounts and login details.
