If you have successfully uploaded your Proof of Residence and Proof of Identity or sent them via email to our Onboarding department, then your approval will be as quick as possible.

Usually our account approval time may take up to 1 business days, but in some cases your account can be approved within several minutes or hours, so don't be surprised if it is approved fast and be patient if the approval takes 1 business days.

After your account is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

❗️If you haven't received the email about your account approval within 1 business days, it may signal that there were some issues with your documents or the information provided and so you have received an email by our Onboarding Department.
