Credit/Debit Cards
If your card used for a deposit expired, was canceled or was lost, there is nothing to be worried about. Funds can still be refunded if the bank account that was connected to the card is still active. We can only refund the initial deposited amount to this bank account.
On your next deposit using your new Credit Card, we will simply require a Bank Statement of your new Card, showing the last four digits of the card and your full name for verification purposes.

If you have closed the bank account from which you made your deposit, you are required to send a new bank statement with your new bank account number to our funding department.
❗️ Please note: It is the client’s responsibility to inform the company if the bank account connected to the card that was used for the deposit is no longer active. Therefore the client is required to provide the company with the relevant bank statements.
